Log into your seller hub and click on “My eBay”.

Click on “Account”.

Click on “Manage communications with buyers”.

Click on the “Edit” button in the “What your buyers can do” section. Here you can give the buyers access to see the frequently asked questions, send you messages, and call you.

Share your phone number in the box. You have to also choose when you want to show either after purchase or always.

Click on the “Submit” button at the end of the page.
