Click on “Create a template”.

Add “Title”, “SKU”, “Category”, “Store categories”.

If your product is a variation product, create variations. Otherwise add “UPC”, “Condition” and “Photos”. You can add up to 12 photos, the more photos you will add the better it will be. It takes time to read a long description but when the buyer chooses a product he can easily do it by seeing the product images. Then other information can be known by reading specifications and descriptions.

Add “Item specifics”.

Add “Item description”. You can add here item description in standard format and also in HTML format. We generally add descriptions in HTML format otherwise sometimes it appears in larger or smaller font that does not look good.

Add selling details of the “Format” of your listing. You can create fixed-price listings or auction listings. Choose which one you prefer. Add “Price”, “Quantity” and “Payment options”.

Check the Sales tax box to charge sales tax. If you accept a return check the “Return options”. Select who will pay for the return.

Add the shipping details and cost. If you sell globally, check the box for “International shipping”.

Add “Package weight & dimensions” and the “Item location”. Do everything as you do for creating a listing. After completing adding information click on the “Save template” button.

You will find a pop-up. Now you can start listing with this template.
