How to Create Manual Order in SKUBana

In this tutorial we will discuss, How to add or create a manual order in SKUBana which is ordered from outside of your integrated sales channels such as Jane Seller, Rue La La, J Club and other sources like Physical Stores.

Sellers always try to generate sales from a different source, They always try new platforms where they can sell more and more products. But all the channels can’t be integrated on Inventory and Listing Management Software like SKUBana. SKUBANA does not allow us to integrate all the platforms. So when we can’t integrate any channel like Jane Seller or J club or any other platform on SKUBana then to manage the order from SKUBana, we need to create manual order on SKUBana. Read this article and we will show how to do all the process. 

To create a manual order in SKUBana, you need to follow some procedures. We will discuss that procedure.

Create Manual Order in SKUBana

Suppose, you have an account on Skubana. Within Skubana, you are able to create a manual order to account for any orders that come from outside your integrated sales channels.

The procedure is described below:

Step-1: You need to login to your SKUBana account first. Then, you are able to see the “Dashboard” page which is the initial page in SKUBana.

Step-2: Now, You need to click on the “Orders” and then you will see “+New Order”. Now, you need to click on “+New Order” and you will find a button as “Manual Orders“.

Like, Login>>> Orders >>> +New Order >>> Manual Orders

Step-3: After clicking on “Manual Orders“, a new window will open where you need to fill in the details of your manual order. You need to fill these required fields for a manual order.

These fields are required:

• Customer Name
• Address
• City, State, Zip
• Phone Number
• E-Mail
• Order Number
• Order Date & Paid On
• Add Item

Step-4: In the “Add Items” section, You can search for a product name by it’s SKU with size number. After finding the required product, you can add the item by clicking on the product.

Suppose, you have an SKU as ”wallybowblacknbpu”. Now, you can search for the product by the SKU.

Now, you can see a lot of sizes are available for that product. But, for a specific size of the product, you need to select a specific size from the dropdown.

Suppose, you select a size number as “wallybowblacknbpu-10”.

You can also directly select a product. To do that, you need to search a product by using the SKU with a specific size number. 

Step-5: Now, you need to fill some required fields. These fields are required:

• Quantity
• Unit Price
• Total Discount

Step-6: After fulfilling all the information, you need to save by clicking on ”Save”.

Like, Login>>> Orders >>> +New Order >>> Manual Orders >>> Save

You can easily create a manual order in SKUBana by this procedure. That will help you grow your business and easily fulfill the order of your customers.
