  4. Be aware of the issues that lead to negative feedback. Try your best so that you can avoid negative feedback. Optimize your listings and be aware of the title, image, specifications, and description. Try to ship as early as possible. Describe your shipping details properly. Make your listings clear so that buyers can understand them properly.
  5. Stay connected always with customers so that they can contact you when they need.

Receiving negative feedback is frustrating as it hampers your business. Be careful so that you can avoid negative feedback. Do not be nervous, try to handle this technically.
