There is a common problem that maximum eBay users face issues while creating a secondary eBay user account. They aren’t able to integrate secondary accounts with eBay’s primary accounts. In this article, we will describe the full process step by step how we can integrate a secondary eBay account.

Integrate Secondary User Account

eBay multi-user account access will also give business leads the ability to use strong two-factor authentication to secure their eBay account as they will no longer have to give full account access to all employees without having to be available to log them in each time they need to work. Now the sellers can secure their main account and employees will only have access to the features that are granted. The integration of secondary users with primary accounts is very easy, just follow the below steps.

Step1: Go to your eBay seller account. Now click Permission from Manage Store and send the invitation to your secondary email address.

Step 2: From this step, we will start accepting invitations. Go to your email and open the mail that you received from eBay. Click on Accept invite.

Step 3: After clicking Accept invitation this will take you to Create an account page. Provide the asking information and click on Create account.

Note: If you have already logged in another eBay account then this account create option will not appear. You need to click on Switch account and then a new page will appear, click on create an account.

Step 4: Here you need to provide your contact info. It’s better to provide a US or UK address otherwise you will face issues on integration. Click on Continue.

Step 5: In this step, you need active two step verification. Click on Two step verification.

Step 6: After clicking two step verification this will take you to the Set up 2 step verification page. You need to choose one from the following two options.

1. Use the eBay app

2. Get a text message

Use the option to get a text message, click on Get started.

Step 7: After choosing to get a text message option this will send you a text code on your mobile number for verifying your mobile device. Copy and paste the code for verifying the mobile number.

Step 8: Now you need to verify your email address. Same process as you verify your mobile number. Send the code to your email address.

Open the email and check the mail from eBay and copy the code.

Now paste the code for verifying your email address. And click on Verify.

9: Now eBay will show a message box that your mobile device and email address are verified. Click on Go to My eBay.

Step 10: After clicking Go to My eBay this will take you to your new eBay dashboard. Your account is still not integrated with the primary account, now you need to accept an invitation in this account to be integrated with the primary account.

Click on Account.

Now choose Permission from Account.

Step 11: After clicking Permission this will take to the Account access page. Click on Accept invite from I’d like to dropdown.

Now eBay will show you a success message that you’ve been added to your primary account.

Step 12: Now click on Go to seller hub for browsing the Primary account.

For browsing your newly integrated secondary account you need to log in again by verifying your account.
