How to Update Items Specifications on eBay via M2E Pro

In this documentation, we will show you how to update item specifications on eBay via M2E Pro Magento 2.

eBay is a very popular e-commerce marketplace. On eBay, sellers create listings for their items which include the item description, photos, and payment and shipping options. Some listings are auctions where the highest bidder wins the item, while many sellers offer a Buy it now options so you can buy and pay for the item immediately.

M2E Pro is an extension for Magento which has to download via Magento connect. Magento’s M2E Pro multi-channel integration tool for existing eBay, Amazon, or Rakuten sellers who need a powerful inventory and order management system. 

We can easily list eBay items and update eBay items specification via M2E Pro. In this article, we will show the full procedure of updating item specifications on eBay step by step.

Step 1: At first we need to log in to Magento and go to the Magento Dashboard. Then click to M2E Pro followed by eBay INTEGRATION.

Step 2: After clicking M2E Pro the main listing category page will come up. We have to click on that category which product item specification we want to update.

Step 3: The listing page will come up. Now search with the SKU of the item that needs to be updated. Copy the SKU of that item and put that SKU on Product Title/Product SKU/eBay Category and click on search.

Step 4:  Now Item page will appear. As we want to update specifications so we have to click on settings.

Step 5: When the settings page will come, again we have to search here our item with SKU on Product Title/Product SKU.

After coming up our item page we have to click the drop-down (on right on the screen) to select All Categories.

As our item categories were already selected earlier so now we have to click Confirm.

Step 6: Now the custom-specific page will appear and we have to click Add Custom Specific. (right down on the screen)

Step 7: Here we will update our item specification. We can update our specification which is eBay Recommended,

Or We can add our own Custom Attribute

Then we will continue to add specification whatever we need.

Step 8: After updating all specifications we will click to Confirm to save the process.
