If we have more than one of the same items available for sale, we should use eBay bulk listings to make all our Product items at once.

The vast majority of sellers are creating eBay listings individually, not utilizing the advantages of the Bulk listing. Over time, sellers who master the Bulk listing technique will gain some significant advantage by saving lots of time, which will help to further expanding the business and gaining a competitive advantage.

It is much faster, and it automatically filters all listing items that already exist on eBay. Whether we list it one at a time via Bulk we can easily add or list our Product items a lot at once.

We can list items in Bulk easily via M2E Pro. In this article, we will show the all procedure step by step-

Process of the item list in bulk on M2E Pro

Step 1: At first we need to log in to Magento and go to the Magento Dashboard.

Then click first INTEGRATION (on the left of the screen) Then click on the M2E Pro.

Step 2: After clicking M2E Pro we can see the category page. Here exits the Magento parent category where we list eBay items.

And here, we can select the default category or in the search bar, we can search in which category we want to bulk list. We have to click on the category.

Step 3: In this step, we have to go Add Products to From product List.

Click on the From Product List and go to the Next page.

Step 4: On this page, we need to select the category and find out the items that we will list.

For that,1st we will select the item marked Hide Advanced Filter (down left on the screen) option.

Step 5: Then click (+) sign to add the Category. Scroll down and click on the Category option from the drop-down box.

After that, click on this (…) (down left on the screen).

And then, click on this marked item. (Top right on the screen)

Here, 1st we will have to choose category (like Youth-Motocross-Helmet) items. Then click on the Right-Click option.

Step 6: After Selecting the Right Click option then we will again click on the (+) sign to add visibility.

Now we need to select Visibility from the drop-down box.

And we need to choose Catalog, Search from the dropdown.

Step 7: In this step, we will click search (Top left on the screen) or press Enter for searching the items. This will filter out all of the children’s products. Here, take all configurable products and all over products that are listed individually.

After searching the page, we will select all the items by marking (right on the screen) and click the Continue button (top right on the screen).

Step 8: Here, we have to choose the eBay category. We will set the category As we are listing in bulk for this we need to add all products to the same category. That’s why we will select All products with same category option. Then click the Continue option.

Step 9: After selecting continue we can see the eBay Catalog. This catalog has two sections Primary and Item specification. For our product, we have to choose the Primary’s Edit option.

Step 10: In this step, if the primary category is not selected by default then first click the Browse option and will have to select the eBay category manually and click the Confirm option.

The category is selected now click the Continue option.

Step 11: Finally finish the process by simply click the List Added Products Now option.

Here, we can see our items are listed. Which one is Not listed means it has zero quantity ( that is eBay contradicts ) or any other error, and the error will show here.

That’s all in this process. The items will list in Bulk from Magento to eBay. That is a much easier and fastest process to list one or more items at once by selecting some option.
