The procedure of subtitle addition:

Go to Settings on SellerCloud and click on Client Settings. 

Check enable subtitle for eBay listings.

Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.

You will find a subtitle box on the eBay properties page. Add your subtitle in the box.

Select revise all listings and click on go.

You will find the subtitles in your catalog.

You will also find the subtitle in the search results in List view.

Reminder:

All of the listing forms do not offer the ability to add a subtitle.
