How to Add or Change Return Address on eBay

When you sell on eBay, you need to explain if you accept returns or not and if you accept, under what conditions do you want that? Why do you need to add or change the return address?

On eBay, you need to provide your return policy even if you do not accept returns. Sometimes you may need to accept returns due to an item damaged in the transit, or you have sent the wrong item anyhow, or the item does not match with the description. For that reason, you have to add a return address, and your customers can return when they receive a damaged or wrong item.

Step 1: To add a return address, go to the seller hub and click on “My eBay”.

Step 2: On My eBay page, you will find “Account”, click here.

Step 3: Click on the “Addresses” button under the “Personal info” section

Step 4: Now, Click on the “Edit” button of “Return address”

Step 5: After that, press the “Edit” button to change your existing address and you can also add another address by clicking on the “Add another address”.

Step 6: Add your address and click on the “Save” button.

If you want to save it as a primary address then select the area of “Save as primary address” and click on save.
