Most of the time shoppers or customers do not have time to leave a review on the purchased product. For that automated email, the system helped you to get reviewed easily. So you need to set an autoresponder if a customer forgets to leave a review automated email responder will automatically send another review to a customer who is not open the email or forget to leave a review.
