ETSY Quantity Synchronizing via Linnworks Management System

In this documentation, we will show the process of how to sync Etsy quantity by Linnworks.

Inventory mapping is the process that links Linnworks stock items to a listing on a selling channel. This link allows information about the item to flow between Linnworks and the selling channels so that everything syncs according to inventory updates logic.

Once linked, changes made to a stock item will reflect on all it’s linked listings, and orders for those listings downloaded into Linnworks can include stock item information.

Quantity Mapping Process:

First of all, we have to log in to linnwork.com with a proper username and password.

After logging, we have to follow this path Settings > Channel Integration. More detail in the below screenshot:

After following the above-mentioned path, then we will find a page that looks like the following screenshot. Then from this page, we have to choose the marketplace, where we want to sync the product quantity. Here we will select the ETSY marketplace to sync quantity. Now we will click on the “Mapping” tab.

After clicking on the “Mapping” as we said above, now we will get a page like the below screenshot.

On this page we can see, we got two search boxes. From these two boxes, one box is used for searching the Etsy marketplace SKU and another one is used for Linnworks SKU. The left search box will contain the Etsy marketplace SKU and the right one will contain the Linnworks SKU.

Now we will search the same SKU in both search boxes. Here in the below screenshot, we can see, we got two SKUs after searching. In this part, we have to make sure both Linnworks SKU and Etsy marketplace SKU are mentioning the same product.

Here we will click on both SKU and we will see both SKU background colors will be changed after selecting for mapping. After changing the color, now we will click on the “Link” tab.

After clicking on the “Link” tab, both Etsy marketplace SKU and Linnworks SKU will be linked with each other. Etsy marketplace SKU will sync the quantity from the Linnworks SKU and the product will show the quantity on the Etsy marketplace.

That’s all. We have successfully sync the quantity between Linnworks and ETSY marketplace. We can also sync other marketplace quantities by following this mapping procedure. If you have any questions then let us know by commenting in the below section.
