Sometimes Seller may need to remove some channel from Ecomdash like Amazon so that there will not sync anything on that channel then he may read this article. This article will help him to know the process of disconnecting amazon from Ecomdash.
To disconnect amazon with Ecomdash, first you need to go to Ecomdash. From Setting -> Navigation you need to select “Storefront setup”.
When you select “Storefront setup” then you will see your amazon account.
Click on Amazon storefront
After clicking Storefront View there will come the integration page where mentioned all the key points that Amazon needs to integrate amazon. Now you need to change your Seller ID, Marketplace ID, and MWS Auto Token. After all of this click on the Save button. Now your account is disconnected from Ecomdash.
Follow the same steps & fill up the info of your Seller ID, Marketplace ID, and MWS Auto Token. After all of this click on the Save button then your account will connect with ECD.
